MUST REGISTER ONLINE. A Covid-19 Self-Assessment form must be completed the day of the Open Gym / no earlier than 2 hours prior to the Open Gym. Self-Assessment form can be accessed after 2:00pm the day of the Open Gym. 

Masks will be required at the Open Gym.
